Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas (2x400g)
- 35g sezame seeds
- 80g cold water
- 3 Tbsp aceto balsamico, lime or lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Roast the sezame seeds in a pan for 3-5 min and grind them.
- Mix all the ingredients in the food processor.
